Collect and analyze data on customer and agent demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting demand of our services using working knowledge of the following trade tools: Cobus database service, Google Analytics, Mail Chimp and Survey Monkey. Gather data on competitors and agents and analyze their prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution. Forecast, track, and analyze marketing and sales trends using working knowledge of the following trade tools: Cobus database service, Monster Insights, Facebook Business Manager, Financial Modeling and Excel. Employ search marketing tactics, analyze web metrics, and develop recommendations to increase search engine ranking and visibility to target markets and agents using working knowledge of the following trade tools: Google Analytics and Monster Insights. Reqs: Must have a Bachelor’s degree (any field) and 2 years of experience in the job or in senior managerial positions for companies dealing with logistics / freight operations throughout Latin America.
