Sodexo is seeking a full time Project Manager (per diem) to provide Patient Experience project support in Philadelphia, PA at Penn Presbyterian. The successful candidate will come from a patient experience background and be flexible to work a variety of shifts while overseeing the project. Overall, must have excellent client, customer, and employee relations. This position will have direct oversight on the training, orienting and outcomes of all functions related to Press Ganey and the patient experience from an Environmental Services standpoint. This position is a day shift opportunity 7:00am-5:00pm with some weekends/holidays required. Prior healthcare experience is ideal; must be results driven, understand employee engagement and be committed to a winning culture. The successful candidate will have experience with EPIC, bed tracking, patient satisfaction, and possess strong computer skills. Preferred candidates will have experience in project role outs and have excellent customer service skills.
