Sodexo is currently seeking a Senior Manager, Human Resources to support HR functions in a healthcare environment in Boise, ID. This position supports the entire St. Luke's Regional Medical Center hospital system of 11 locations. The Sr Human Resource Manager will oversee all hiring within food & nutrition, environmental services, internal transport, and central laundry services.
Typical functions supported are:
- Employee acquisitions and new business openings
- Recruitment with a focus on front-line recruiting
- Management of staffing assignments for temporary or relief managers
- Payroll set up and problem resolution
- Development and training of in unit HR Managers as well as providing support and relief coverage for those managers
- Support of business growth in the market
- Support to District Managers for specific scenarios that may require on site HR intervention
- Support with HR data analytics
