Sodexo is seeking a Food Service Manager 1 for a New Sodexo Account at Hershey Medical Center in Hershey PA!

The position will oversee day to day food operations for Hershey Medical Center, a 650 bed acute care facility. The FSM 1 will be responsible for kitchen management, overseeing kitchen staff, food ordering, inventory, catered events, retail / cafeteria shifts and patient feeding.

Position Summary

Assists in the management of multi-functional food service areas in a single unit. May assume General Manager's (GM) responsibilities and authority in his/her absence. Assists in maintenance of cash control and payroll records. Assists in supporting the financial/Human Resources (HR) functions. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. May supervise less than two full time employees.

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
