The Field Marketing Specialist Food will direct and oversee the marketing program for the Corporate Services accounts in Southern California with a focus on innovation and engagement responsibilities will include social media, promotional, digital material management, planning, implementing global marketing initiatives, while maintaining a local balance of programming, events, offerings and partnerships.

The Field Marketing Specialist Food will improve the customer experience through a well-thought out marketing strategy in order to drive sales and draft communications to our clients and customers while supporting the website/social media channels, analyzing data and working with our General Managers

We are looking for a candidate who have:

  • strong marketing background and writing skills
  • strategic leadership, talent management, as well as exceptional communication and project management skills
  • strong computer skills, with a preference in digital media
  • best in class presentation skills, with extensive PowerPoint experience
  • team development skills
  • client relationship skills and the ability to quickly respond to client and management needs
  • the ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage workload; and / or contract food services experience (preferred)
  • lead frontline teams, mentoring them in operation standards

Key responsibilities to include:

  • developing, programing and maintaining digital signage (carousel software)
  • assisting with 12-Pay mobile app (POS) to include photographing and publishing menu items as well as maintaining weekly menus and promotions
  • assisting with catering to include working close with admins and customers
  • assist Chef with identifying local vendors to utilize and promote throughout the operation
  • develop marketing events to include (but not limited to) Chef spotlights, farm spotlights, pop up events

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
