Sodexo is seeking a Junior Transformation Manager for GlaxoSmithKline located in Collegeville, PA. This is position that will be supporting and traveling to multiple East Coast sites including North Carolina and Maryland.

The Junior Transformation Manager will coordinate with the Center of Excellence Leads to develop and manage project plans for innovations approved by regional leadership. They will provide hands-on project support and coordinate with key stakeholders from conception to implementation of each project. This person will communicate regularly with all parties, providing project updates and status reports.

This person should be an independent, self-starter who is highly organized with exceptional interpersonal skills. They will be interacting on a regular basis with the client, management and other team members.

  • Other projects delegated by regional leadership team.

  • Position Summary

    The Operations Support Specialist will assist in providing general customer support to resolve issues. Will also assist in providing problem analysis and resolution, either via direct communication with the account or by informing the manager of issues that will require a more in depth effort. Assists in answering questions and inquiries from customers via the telephone, Internet, fax and other technologies, using established fact-finding procedures, customer service methodologies, knowledge of pertinent processes and procedures, and familiarity with policies, vendors and specified products. Works with other departments for vendor and product compliance. Be able to handle a large volume of inquiries every day. May supervise less than two full time employees.
