Sodexo, world leader in quality of life services, has an exciting new opening for a Senior Manager, Sales to support our Corporate Services.
The Senior Manager, Sales will be responsible for lead generation, developing prospects and pursuing potential clients for Corporate services, focusing on food/retail based in the San Francisco, San Jose, San Leandro, CA area.

Adept at sales presentations, virtual and in person. Excels at collaboration with diverse and remote team members with high level of accountability and integrity. Has skills, knowledge and experience in strategic selling utilizing data & research to identify client challenges, needs, business issues and develops effective offer and competitive proposals.
Has strong experience and knowledge of financial models to generate value for Sodexo and our clients. Responsible for coordinating, producing and executing contract documents and developing alternate contract models to better meet client needs and business objectives.
Identifies, qualifies, and develops horizontal growth opportunities. Develops and implements strategies that result in the achievement of sales, market share, account retention, or market growth targets.
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience: Basic Management Experience - 5 years Basic Functional Experience - At least 5 years sales or industry-related work experience.
