Description

Catalina Marketing Corporation is seeking to fill the position of Sr. Workday Integration Analyst (St. Petersburg, FL). Responsibilities: Lead the dsgn, dvlpmt, testing, implmtn, upgrading, & support of new or modified HRIS & recommend system changes that would result in more effective & efficient operations. Analyze requests, write & customize statistical summaries & special reports from HRIS. Consult w/ internal customers to identify, analyze, refine & doc business reqmts. Identify reqmts for testing, dvlp test plans, work w/ users to dvlp test scripts & coord test transmissions. Review operational procedures & methods, map current business processes, define & analyze business activities, identify best practices, & recommend improvements. Serve as a key liaison w/ 3rd parties & other stakeholders (e.g. payroll, IT). Lead the dvlpmt of project plans & scenarios related to the testing & implmtn of system upgrades or patches. Collaborate w/ functional & tech'l colleagues to coord application of upgrades or fixes. Maintain system tables & configure approved changes. Doc process & results. Perform bulk data loads to HR Systems. Provide integration system support incl, but not limited to, researching & resolving problems, unexpected results or process flaws. Recommend & implmt solutions or alternate methods to meet reqmts. Maintain HRIS integration & perform integration troubleshooting. Provide key tech'l leadership & support for enhancements & implmtn of additional HRIS functional modules & provide overall project mgmt for a given initiative. Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes. Create & maintain the dsgn, dvlpmt testing, implmtn & ongoing support of roles & security framework. Ensure the various HRIS tenants are maintained according to a documented tenant mgmt strategy. Identify best practices to address existing issues & enable process improvements. Bach's deg or its foreign equiv in Comp Engg; HR Mgmt; Business Administration w/ concentration in Info Technology; Comp Science, or related field. Min 5 yrs of professional exp in HRIS support function. Exp w/ Workday to incl demonstrated exp w/ Workday security, tenant mgmt, custom report creation, & inbound/ outbound integrations using Core Connectors, Cloud Connector, EIB & Workday Studio. Expertise w/ Workday Studio integrations & Workday BIRT Simple, Advanced, Composite, & Matrix reports. Exp w/ 2 or more of the following modules: Core HR, Benefit Administration, Recruiting, Performance & Talent, Time & Labor, ESS, MSS, or Compensation reqd.
