Sodexo Office of Diversity is currently searching for a Senior Manager, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Programs. This is a remote position and will work with Sodexo Business segments.
The Sr. Manager, DE&I Programs designs and implements programs / solutions that advance diversity, equity and inclusion and instill a culture of belonging. This role oversees and evolves Sodexo's DE&I learning and development strategy based on metrics and analytics; gains buy in and collaborates with stakeholders; develops inclusive leadership competencies for managers; leads mentoring programs; develops and deploys high impact learning solutions and curricula.
Responsibilities will include:
Develop and deploy learning and development solutions that support DE&I and business objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders, i.e., DE&I Team, HR, Operations managers/leaders to fulfill organizational and segment specific needs.
Lead and serve as program manager for mentoring program(s) that advance diverse pipeline.
Facilitate DE&I learning interventions.
Partner with Learning & Performance and nurture internal cadre of facilitators, ensuring capability and coverage levels through audits, train the trainer sessions, etc.

CO Equal Pay Act - The salary range for this position is up to $161k, bonus eligible.
