We are searching for a Senior Manager, Marketing - entegra Marketing Segment This is a virtual position.

The Sr. Manager, Marketing is responsible for all aspects of entegra segment marketing & communications in line with the overall entegra strategic plan. This role will support the Non-Commercial and Leisure segments which include: Education (K-12 and Campus and Universities), Golf, Faith-based, Acute (Hospitals) and Ski. The Sr. Manager Marketing will be responsible for smaller strategic segments with a higher volume of SMB accounts. Writes and executes segment marketing plans for the assigned segment. The plans will drive value for the organization by improving client engagement and supporting client services through the development and execution of programs to increase CUR. Additionally, the plans should drive new business through the development and execution of sales collateral and programs that support the business development team. Deploy vendor LTOs and offers to drive volume with client. Stay abreast of research and market trends for assigned segment. Keep assigned stakeholders abreast of competition, innovations and issues that impact assigned segment.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of entegra strategic segment marketing plans to deliver measurable value to the organization. Develop the strategic marketing plans in alignment with a standardized business planning model (initiative planning, resource readiness, deployment, measurement). Develop and maintain offers according to a formal plan and as needed to support entegra's growth. Support the deployment and ongoing evolution of additional resources and programs to include procurement-based offers, procurement educational resources, client specific business solutions, client service journey offers and internal employee.
  • Deploy vendor offers and promotions with current clients. Liaison with suppliers, vendors, distributor partners to create programs that drive vendor volume, deliver value to clients and engage clients.
  • Create content and sales enablement for assigned segment. Partnering with stakeholders in sales and others in marketing, ensure that assigned segment has compelling content that accelerates the buying process for prospects or improves engagement for clients. Content should also help to improve entegra digital footprint and increase leads through the digital channel for the leisure category.
  • Become SME in assigned category. Monitor competitors, client activity, associations, etc. within assigned category. Provide regular insight to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge and skills:

  • Strong lead generation experience with an understanding of the digital marketing sales funnel, buyer's journey and digital strategies to drive leads and client engagement.
  • Experience in Marketing Automation Platforms like Pardot, Salesforce, Content Management Systems, Social Media, Google Adwords and Google Analytics preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven success in managing complex projects and delivering results with flawless execution required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with positive solution-oriented approach.

  • Goal driven, self-motivated, curious and innovative a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within and across functions.

  • Experience in any of the following industries are a plus: Education, Golf, Faith-based, Acute (Hospitals), or Ski.

  • Experience with other Group Purchasing Organizations or food distribution companies is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Strong digital experience with an understanding of lead generation strategies is required.

  • Demonstrated experience is constructing and executing on marketing plans to drive revenue is required.

Preferred functional experience:

  • Bachelors degree is mandatory with a concentration in marketing preferred. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 7+years' management experience in marketing or communications required.
