Location: Twinsburg - Ohio
SIGN ON BONUS:
The first payment of $500 will be paid within 2 weeks of your start date and a second payment of $500 will be paid within two weeks of completing 90 days of work with Company. In addition, $1000 will be paid upon completing 6 months with the company.
1st Shift Hours:
Mon/Tues/Wed and every other Thursday, 4:30am - 4:50 pm with a starting an hourly range of $17 - $24 per hour based on level of experience.
2nd Shift Hours:
Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday and every other Thursday 4:30 p.m. - 4:50 a.m. with a starting rate of $17 - $24 per hour and a 6% shift differential
Sets up and operates a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of the company's product. Works from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by supervisor to perform production tasks. Checks and inspects operation against predetermined tolerances.
This position is part of a job family. Experience will be the determining factor.[EG1]
RESPONSIBLITIES and ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
May perform one or more of the following:
Works with Surface Mount Technologies and other machining processes
Set up and operate multiple machines and work stations at once
Works with components and full PC board layouts for final product creation
Creates and applies labels onto PCBs (manually and/or automated)
Burns firmware programs into electronic components using programming machines
Prepares reels and feeders for use on surface mount technology (SMT) machines; counts materials and moves to production line
Sets up and operates optical inspection machine and performs visual classification and repair of rejected boards
Follows established procedures on routine work and standard operating procedures
Frequently interacts with peers and customers (typically internal) to exchange or present factual information
Operates plated through-hole (PTH) machine to install axial, radial and DIP electronic components onto PCBs
Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications
Perform other duties as needed
Overtime is an essential function of this position which typically requires 40/hours of overtime for Electronic Assembly and 30 hours of overtime for Final Assembly. Actual overtime hours may vary.
At least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or GED OR 1 year of related work experience

Preferred a minimum of 1 year of related experience in machining or electronics field but not required
Basic Computer Literacy
Basic Reading and Writing
