Sodexo is seeking a Food Services Manager 2 for Abbott Northwestern in Minneapolis, MN. Abbott Northwestern is a state of the art facility with over 600 registered patient beds. The Food Service Manager oversee day to day operations for patient dining and retail cafeteria. As the Food Service Manager, you will work with your team to provide best in class service to patients, staff and visitors of the hospital. We offer work-life balance in this role - no late closing shifts and rotating weekends off.


The successful candidate will:

  • evaluate and develop service levels for the overall Patient Services and Retail Program targeted to exceed patient and customer satisfaction;
  • collaborate with clinical, food service and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experience;
  • perform tray assessments to ensure food quality and presentation and tray accuracy;
  • exceed Sodexo standards for Gold Checks and achieve successful regulatory inspections and audits;
  • oversee cash handling processes, and POS programming and maintenance;
  • ensure company food and physical safety programs and standards are followed;

Position Summary
