You will form part of a team that identifies, creates and produces a wide spectrum of events; including video series production, live performance broadcasts and editorial content, on a global scale. We are looking for a Senior Producer to join the Apple Music Production Team based in Los Angeles. This role will be responsible for crafting content and host experiences for Apple Music. Critical to this role is deep live music broadcasts and production experience.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in producing large-scale live broadcasts, editorial content and special events
  • Relevant experience in design and build-out of production spaces, with a background working in production companies, agency or network environment
  • Skilled in leading multi disciplinary projects, collaborating with stakeholders and experience balancing multiple, concurrent projects both short-term and long-lead.
  • Demonstrable experience working with A-list artists and labels
  • Excellent budget management experience overseeing multi-million dollar projects
  • Strong technical oversight of live-streams, broadcast and VOD
  • Experience with Live Music Production technology as well as Multi-Camera Production and Live-Streaming experience
  • Extraordinary attention to detail, while working within tight deadlines
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach with experience in managing and directing teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, collaborating with both external and internal audiences


Manage content creation from end-to-end; overseeing all details, including but not limited to: - Overall project coordination throughout the project lifecycle, from financial budget and oversight to project scheduling and timeline management - Physical and editorial production of creative content execution - Operational, logistical and technical management skills - Manage creative production from development and pilot phase through Production, ensuring delivery of the highest quality content on-site, including notes on scripts and rough cuts - Manage multiple series and projects in development, overall slate management - Collaborate closely with creatives and event designer(s) on ground plans, floor plans and renderings. - Work with internal department to complete all contracts, agreements and confirm all clearances are met - Provides efficient communication between all parties, ensuring information regarding all projects are accurate - Engage, partner and collaborate with internal teams to achieve the best results for the business - This role reports into the Production Lead for Apple Music, based in Los Angeles

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred
