We are looking for an Asset Producer to join the Apple Music Production Team based in Los Angeles, producing world class live broadcasts, content and experiences for Apple Music. Critical to this role is deep live music broadcasts, production and post-production experience.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience producing large scale live broadcasts, editorial content and special events, with a focus on Post-Production services
  • A successful candidate will have a wealth of production experience within production companies and networks
  • Skilled in managing multi-disciplinary projects, communicating with partners and balancing concurrent projects with a collaborative approach
  • Demonstrable experience working with A-list artists and labels
  • Excellent budget management experience
  • Strong technical oversight of post-production deliverables for various formats (including short-form and long-form editorial, series and tentpoles)
  • Deep relationships with post-production vendors and personnel
  • Extraordinary attention to detail, while working within tight timelines
  • Collaborative approach with experience in managing and directing teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with external and internal audiences


Manage the post-production process end-to-end; oversee all details, including but not limited to: - Post-production deliverable planning and scheduling, ensuring delivery of the highest quality content - Communicating and tracking relevant post needs to field production teams - Financial budgeting and oversight as well as project scheduling and timeline management - Operational, logistical and technical management - Communications to internal and external partners as well as vendors - Work with internal departments to complete all contracts, agreements and confirm all clearances are met - Collaborate with creatives and event designer(s) on ground plans, floor plans and renderings - Provide constant, efficient communication between all parties, ensuring information regarding all projects are accurate - Engage and collaborate with internal teams to achieve the best results for the business. - This role reports into the Production Lead for Apple Music based in Los Angeles ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS - You are proficient in Keynote, Numbers, Pages and Budgeting Tools - International travel required
