Our multi-specialty group is seeking an Electronic Medical Records Specialist (EMR) to support our medical practices.
The Electronic Medical Records Specialist provides the technical support for the implementation and continued maintenance of Athenahealth EHR software as well as being responsible for assisting management with coordinating workflows related to all on-site workflows within our outpatient offices.
The EMR Specialist will also act as a resource for all medical providers, clinical, office staff, and will assist with any training/on-boarding efforts.
The EMR Specialist will also assist management with the coordination of release of information tasks.
This colleague will also foster working relationships with our departments to ensure timely resolution related to any issues within these workflows.
This person will also be responsible for providing assistance to divisions to ensure there are no barriers to their day to day functions.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong organizational, problem solving and decision-making skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and issues effectively and simultaneously

Valid drivers license and travel between offices is required
