Job Description

***This position can be based in NA or Western Europe***

Reporting to the Head of Demand Planning and Account Based Marketing, the ABM manager, industry accounts, is responsible for planning, executing, measuring a range of multi-touch programs for industry accounts. Key responsibilities of the role include industry and account intelligence gathering, demand creation, sales alignment/enablement and reputation support. This role requires deep subject matter expertise in the industries that are in scope (CPG, Life Science, Automotive, Heavy Industry).


  • Prioritize and group accounts by common attributes
  • Oversee offer creation and determine the optimal tactic mix for industry accounts
  • Understand and analyze account portfolio makeup, including how key accounts contribute to overall industry revenue, as well as prioritizing industry sub-verticals
  • Work with functions in sales and marketing to define and establish workflows (e.g., campaign personalization and execution, lead hand-offs)
  • Partner with operations to provide ongoing data and insight into industry accounts from internal and external sources to drive relevance and timely execution
  • Execute marketing programs on behalf of sales, and demonstrate to reps how to execute program elements on their own
  • Provide light customization of campaigns according to analysis of buyer needs and industry trends (e.g., regulatory environment)
  • Work with digital teams to conduct A/B testing of messaging to improve response and conversion rates
  • Manage and adhere to budget allocation Overview
  • Determine which internal marketing campaigns and assets to leverage for industry account engagement planning

    This role is a part of a job family and the base salary compensation range for this role in Colorado is $75,760.00 - 94,700.00 USDA Annual with an annual target bonus of 8% of base salary.
