Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager 2 for St. Anthony's Hospital and Ortho Colorado Hospital in Lakewood, Colorado to manage the Retail program. The Food Operations Manager will have oversight and provide support for all retail services. St. Anthony's is a full-service and acute care hospital that provides a wide variety of services with exceptional care.

The successful candidate will:

  • motivate, coach, mentor and develop front-line (hourly-paid), staff;
  • provide stellar customer service;
  • cash handing processes, and POS programming and maintenance;
  • ensure company food and physical safety programs and standards are followed;
  • retail brand standard audits (in-house and national brands);
  • help maintain integrity of retail branded concept standards (national and in-house brands);
  • manage the opening and closing the operation as well daily retail food service operations;
  • ensure all needed signage (including digital) is in place;
  • maintain vendor relationships and compliance; and/or
  • maintain all product merchandising, marketing and ordering standards are in place

Position Summary

Provides leadership and supervision for the on-site food service exempt and non-exempt level staff in the delivery of our contractual agreement with the client. - Ensures adherence to all HR standards for Sodexo, client, and regulatory agencies


Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
