Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3, Food in New Ulm, MN. The General Manager will support around 30 employees within the Allina Health System at New Ulm Medical Center. This is a small 25-bed non-profit hospital and clinic offering a wide variety of services from emergency to birthing.

Are you an experienced Food Service Manager, GM or Director, Certified Dietary Manager or Registered Dietitian with experience managing in a diverse environment? In this role, you will provide expert advice on strategic plans regarding patient and customer satisfaction and retail excellence.

- Oversight of day-to-day operations
- Delivering high quality food service

The ideal candidate:
- will come with previous experience managing in a healthcare or hospital environment and/or managed a team for a contract service organization
- has a work history demonstrating strong leadership skills as well the ability to work collaboratively
- has a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
- has the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service
