Location: Twinsburg - Ohio
Analyzes, plans and implements process improvement needs. Evaluates and models existing processes. Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional projects. Identifies improvement options. Develops metrics that provide data for process management and indicators for future improvement opportunities. Collects data to identify root cause problems. Measures performance against process requirements, aligning improvement projects to close performance shortfalls. Identifies and manages resources, including cross-functional members, to successfully execute projects. Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality. Deploys plans from conception through to close. Delivers presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control courses.
-Coordinate efforts to implement ROS priorities and initiatives in the facility and active participation in ROS assessment and go forward plan.
-Train and mentor Bronze Belts and A3 candidates throughout the organization providing guidance and direction as needed to ensure they are successful with their projects.
-Support cross-functional projects across the manufacturing plant to ensure process improvements are institutionalized throughout the business.
-Lead and/or assist with the development and implementation of cost reduction projects by process improvements
-Participate/Lead Continuous improvement and Standardization projects
-Maintain project performance measures on a regular basis to report to leadership on project status as required
-Lead lean transformations and kaizens throughout the manufacturing plant
- Bachelor's degree

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or project leading related careers.
- Experience in a lean or continuous improvement role
- Bronze or Green Belt Certification required
- At least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing
- Previous experience leading or mentoring other in Lean Projects
