Job Description

This position will be responsible for the transactional support needs of the operational training business. Additional responsibilities include owning the end to end process for Learning+ as well as Mimeo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full oversight and management of Mimeo, including content uploading and archiving

  • Responsible for the complete end to end process of Learning+, as well as demonstrations of the platform

  • Review and process SPAs

  • Create and distribute monthly MU

  • Part number creation for workstations and course curriculum

  • Responsible for supporting the transactional needs of the training business (managing the Training Services mailbox, creating virtual class orders, the adhoc creation of shopping carts, processing orders within ECC, etc.)

  • Responsible for processing CTIAs

  • Responsible for the scheduling and management of onsite

  • Continuously review and identify areas of improvement within the organization

Skills, Knowledge, Experience:

  • Have knowledge on how services are operationalized and delivered.

  • Ability to motivate and work with others to make projects/programs successful.

  • Commercial acumen.  Ability to collaborate and build trust with other parts of the organization/customers.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) to various levels of the organization.

  • Comprehending the needs and requirements of customers in order to bring strategic value to them.

  • Self-starter with strong collaboration skills

  • Capability of Managing Multiple Priorities.

  • Ability to work with cross functional teams

Basic Qualifications/Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.

  • 1-3 years of work experience and experience in working with customers in a commercial and/or technical capacity.

  • Demonstrated capability in using excel and the ability to tell a story with data.

  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required
