Customer Relations Clerk
The Customer Relations Clerk is the primary point of contact for the public and is responsible for payment processing; data entry; managing and reconciling customer accounts; customer assistance; cash management; and related office duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will be organized and able to multitask; possess excellent oral and written communication skills; exercise good judgment; demonstrate a friendly and professional demeanor; demonstrate a strong work ethic; and possess adaptable people skills. Conflict resolution skills; dedication to quality; general math skills; computer literacy and general knowledge of office equipment; and excellent listening skills are necessary qualifications.
Required: 18 Years or Older with a High School Diploma or G.E.D., a valid driver’s license and a pre-employment drug and physical screening and the ability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. A technical degree or some college credit in accounting preferred, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. One to three years of clerical and customer service is also ideal.
