This position will work closely and proactively with Kalsec Sales, Operations and Supply Chain teams to deliver a superior experience to our customers, targeting first contact resolution. The Customer Experience team strives to create loyalty with all customers by treating every interaction as an opportunity to both meet needs and exceed expectations. Customer Experience Specialists will assume responsibility for taking a proactive role in managing customer needs by researching, problem solving, and generating information and solutions. This person also will have a positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong desire for continuous learning.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provides dedicated service regarding orders, sample requests, documentation requests, returns, credits, complaints, and invoices.
- Support customer order fulfillment by working closely with a cross functional team including Sales Support, Regulatory Affairs, Logistics, and Planning to ensure that all transactions and processes meet external compliance and regulatory requirements
- ?Continuously self-educate to improve the knowledge of Kalsec procedures, products, sales process, freight carriers / transportation options, and the food and beverage industry in general.
