The Animation, Motion Design and Prototyping team is looking for a producer to manage an array of innovative motion and interactive design projects for existing and proposed services. This role will partner with the team of animators and developers and will build processes and best practices for managing work across products and teams. We are seeking an enthusiastic producer who can balance multiple projects across a variety of different products and services while keeping a keen eye on all of the details and moving parts. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with internal and external parties alike. They are a proactive self starter who likes being part of a team and enjoys leading efforts to extraordinary work on time and within budget.
- 5-7 years as a Producer for a creative agency or production house.
- Experience with post production and understanding of motion technologies and software: I.E. Final Cut Pro, etc.
- Experience producing projects (motion and tech) with internal talent and outside vendors, when necessary.
- Excellent relationships with top tier vendors and agencies.
- Ability to manage feedback flows.
- Amazing communication skills both written and in-person.

Responsibilities: - Help vet projects and estimate time and resources effectively. - Build standard methodologies for intake, workflow and closing projects. - Assist team director on resourcing. - Create schedules and review meetings. - Communicate project status. - Own production process for all projects working with internal producers and creative teams. - Work with internal teams on onboarding outside vendors (contracts, bids, etc.). - Exhibit or grow understanding of current and new technologies and how they can benefit the team.
Education & Experience
