Apple Retail is looking for a highly motivated program manager to join the Retail Market Development team to run the financing business operations and strategy in the Americas Region. The successful candidate will lead and develop the team while setting the future vision of financing offerings in region, and be responsible for ensuring the success of our monthly payments programs from a customer experience, performance and operational standpoint! We are looking for a strong combination of strategic-thinking, drive for results, detail orientation and customer focus. They will understand the payments and banking landscape and have a pulse on the financing market. The ideal candidate will thrive in under pressure, managing critical external partners and build effective relationships, partnering cross-functionally throughout Apple Retail and Apple Inc.

  • 5+ years of relevant business development, consulting, strategic program management, and/or banking and financing experience
  • Big-picture thinker with a strong desire to move the needle and get results

Description

Develop a future vision, strategy, and plan for market leading monthly payments/financing programs that will attract customers to Apple Retail, increase AOV and provide an outstanding customer experience. Manage our banking and financing partner relationships across the region and be responsible for partner growth and optimization, contract negotiation and approval rate/credit policy enhancements Analyze and understand the programs performance and customer experience to identify improvements and set the roadmap to deliver on the vision Develop and present business cases to leadership for program investment Lead cross-functional teams to launch AMR new programs or enhancements across stores and online Drive the day-to-day business, operations and success of the program Research industry level trends and competitive landscape to develop market insights and become the subject matter authority
