The People Data Operations team is looking for a self-starting Data Integration Architect to evaluate, assess, and design data integration between People Systems, data warehousing platforms, and downstream systems. This position can be remote based or on site at a corporate campus.

Key Qualifications

  • Multiple-use data warehousing concepts
  • Experience in ETL and Data Transformation
  • Semantic database design for both structured and unstructured data
  • Standard methodologies in Database architecture, data pipelines, data transfer
  • Understanding of data security encryption standards (at-rest and in-transit), and security model design
  • Flexible and collaborative, willing to work in fast paced environment
  • Snowflake experience a plus


- Assemble complex sets of data that meet non-functional and functional business requirements - Creating internal data process improvements that provide greater scalability, multi-functional use, and additional capability - Work with technical and non-technical partners to analyze requirements to build solutions to make People data available in a secure and private way - Source data mapping to requirements and subsequent data access - Reviewing and analyzing available data and its usage to design and maintain practical security models

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience are preferred.
