Description

Employee Experience within Apple Information Security (AIS) is aimed at creating and nurturing a lifecycle of engagement for our employees. The lifecycle includes ongoing points of interaction to attract, acquire, embed, grow, and develop talent while fostering a sense of community and inclusion in AIS and Apple. These efforts will include (but not be limited to) initiatives focused on internal communication, new employee onboarding, career development, and inclusion and diversity (I&D). The Program Management Office is looking for a skilled Project Manager with proven experience executing internal communications initiatives that enable and support organizational culture. This role will be responsible for managing project plans and utilizing multiple communication mechanisms to deliver content to the organization. This role requires hands-on management and coordination across multiple teams in AIS; organization, attention to detail, and time management skills are key. RESPONSIBILITIES - Create proposals and project plans for new programs including goals, expected value to the organization, key milestones, dependencies, and deliverables - Author announcements and newsletters and curate content for internal presentations. - Maintain consistent design standards and templates for internal Confluence site and consult teams on best practices - Maintain Employee Experience content on internal Confluence site - Manage and expand new employee onboarding (NEO) program, including updating presentation content, facilitating sessions, and defining additional components to make the program more comprehensive and immersive - Assist in defining a professional development program including identifying training needs for different employee groups (e.g. managers, individual contributors), sourcing facilitators, coordinating class logistics, and developing curriculum - Coordinate with other Apple I&D teams, Recruiting, and HR to instill best practices that foster a diverse and inclusive environment in AIS, including education, events, and email and website communications. - Identify budget needs for new and ongoing programs and seek approval from Employee Experience DRI and Finance

Education & Experience

Bachelor/ Masters Degree or equivalent work experience
