The Camera Architecture team is responsible for research, design, and specifications for camera hardwares for all Apple products with cameras. The team is seeking an exceptional imaging scientist/engineer with responsibilities for supporting future camera simulation.

Key Qualifications

  • Strong programming skill in C/C++ and familiarity with Matlab and Python
  • Expertise in multi-camera calibration and image processing
  • Experience in video imaging system in the imaging sense not processing
  • Experience with CMOS sensors and imaging technology
  • Experience with general signal/image processing concept
  • Experience in data analysis/optimization method is a plus


The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about working on modeling of the real world based upon physical principles. In this role, the candidate will work on end-to-end imaging system simulation for future cameras, focusing on creating high-resolution and high-fidelity scenes to enable physically accurate and photorealistic image simulation. Great communication is a key to success as the candidate is expected to work with multi-functional teams.

Education & Experience

MS/Ph.D in Computer Science ,Electrical Engineering, Imaging Science, Optics, Graphics, Physics or related field.
