The America's AppleCare Logistics team is a highly motivated, fast paced, dynamic organization that is responsible for Apple's reverse logistics service operation in the Americas region. The team manages a number of Distribution Centers and 3PL (third party logistics) partners that support customer and partner repairs across multiple countries, and delivers industry-leading service to our customers. We are seeking a Program Manager for AppleCare Logistics who will work alongside internal and external partners to coordinate and execute New Product Introductions. The Logistics Program Manager will be responsible for operationalizing the end to end process of new product introduction into the network from OEM to customer.

  • Proven ability to operate autonomously across multiple teams in a cross-functional organization.
  • Razor-sharp analytical skills: the ability to evaluate, analyze and transform ideas and requests into actionable information and deliverables.
  • Solution oriented with a practical and proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Superb communication skills, positive outlook, and customer centric attitude.
  • Experience in Program or Project Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Retail Service
  • Operations and/or Screening and Repair Services.
  • Reverse Supply Chain Experience is a plus


  • Act as liaison between AppleCare Logistics and other internal and external business partners to program manage new product introductions end to end.
  • Create & deliver effective presentations to executives and partner business teams.
  • Build metrics and reporting that track key performance indicators and ensure execution excellence in and out of AppleCare managed warehouses to Retail and AASP partners.
  • Work together with the business and external partners to define deliverables including SLA's, timelines, implementation plans, level of effort and resources required.
  • Work closely with the business to provide subject matter expertise on current and future processes with a view to standardization and efficiency.
  • Partner with Operations and AppleCare finance to ensure operational changes are understood and resourced appropriately.
  • Occasional travel to Apple sites (internal offices and 3PL warehouses) and partner facilities.

    Education & Experience

    Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Operations, Business, or related field required.
