Sodexo is seeking a Retail Manager 3 for SSM Health St Mary's Hospital in Madison, WI to oversee and manage the retail food services program. The Retail Manager will have oversight and provide support for all retail services and ensure the highest client and customer satisfaction. St. Mary's is a 440-bed not-for-profit hospital that serves 18 surrounding south-central Wisconsin counties.

The successful candidate will:

  • motivate, coach, mentor and develop front-line (hourly-paid), staff;
  • provide stellar customer service;
  • cash handing processes, and POS programming and maintenance;
  • ensure company food and physical safety programs and standards are followed;
  • retail brand standard audits (in-house and national brands);
  • help maintain integrity of retail branded concept standards (national and in-house brands);
  • manage the opening and closing the operation as well daily retail food service operations;
  • ensure all needed signage (including digital) is in place;
  • maintain vendor relationships and compliance; and/or
  • maintain all product merchandising, marketing and ordering standards are in place

  • experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment very helpful; and/or
