Would you like to play a part in shipping groundbreaking technology for large scale systems, natural language, and artificial intelligence? The Siri ML SEE team is looking for an experienced Vendor Engineering Lead who is technically savvy, hardworking, detail oriented, and can deliver results under demanding timelines. You will be interacting with various engineering teams to drive the quality of the Siri user experience by qualifying and improving on client and server releases. You will lead vendor staff on Automation engineering, training and evaluating quality of Siri.

Key Qualifications

  • 2+ Experience with leading engineers - vendor management a plus.
  • 4+ Years in the field of Software Development or Quality Engineering.
  • Experience with measuring and analyzing team performance metrics to help drive efficiency using tools, automation, and ensuring staff effectiveness.
  • Deep understanding of software testing, system integration, developing test plans, and experience driving feature testing.
  • Extensive knowledge of software development.
  • Experience with Swift or Objective-C, Python, JavaScript, or other programming language a plus.
  • Familiar with iOS, iPadOS, macOS, tvOS, watchOS platforms.
  • Experience leading complex release management projects.
  • Drive bug prioritization and critical issue, verify reproducibility, perform regression testing, and passion for quality processes.
  • Outstanding communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills.

Description

We are responsible for shipping software updates to customers worldwide. In this role you will help drive a test support team for client and server releases, and work closely with engineering teams to ensure high quality software releases by working with a vendor staff team on location in Seattle. You are innovative, organized, a self-starter and are able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with constantly evolving priorities.

Education & Experience

BS or MS Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience - 6+ years)
