Key Qualifications

  • Good development experience at the application level with Objective-C, Swift, Cocoa, or C++
  • Experience developing platforms and delivering APIs in any programming language.

You will be implementing features and resolving issues for Siri's user interface on iPhone and iPad. Collaborate with design, engineering, and product teams to share your ideas, solutions, and implementations. Learn from and contribute to code reviews with fellow developers on the team. Write tests and participate in activities to make Siri fast and reliable. Bring your unique perspective and contribute to a diverse and flexible team environment. We build our product on top of the iOS and iPadOS operating systems using Xcode using a combination of Objective- C and Swift. Apple builds the tools, languages, and operating system. As a member of the team, you will be part of a large You will primarily be responsible for working within our engineering team to implement Conversational AI APIs. To succeed in this role, you must be a strong programmer who can take a set of specifications turn them into solid, well tested code. You will also be involved in cross functional discussions and brainstorming to help shape the future of the platform. You have a passion for building powerful and easy-to-use APIs, as well as for exceptional user experience. You enjoy learning new technologies and creating life-changing applications. You will possess strong skills in API design, object-oriented software design and programming. Performance analysis and tuning will also be a significant responsibility in your job. You are excited about developing new features, maintaining existing code, fixing bugs, and contributing to overall system design. You'll ship code that runs on the devices you use every day and powers products that are important to the lives of millions of users.

Education & Experience

BS degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent experience.
