The Bozeman Daily Chronicle is looking for a Full Time Customer Service Representative. The
right candidate for the job will have experience with basic computers, Excel,
data entry, customer service skills, 10-key pleasant/etiquette phone
voice and the ability to multi-task. Prior administrative assistant
experience a plus but, not a must.
Must work well w/others.
Monday - Friday, 8am-3:30pm.
-Ability to handle multiple calls
-Greet our guests
-Resolve customer account issues.
-Process incoming and outgoing mail/packages.
-Take Occasional Obituaries and Classified Ads over the Phone or in Person.
-Take Occasional Classified Ads over the Phone or in Person
-Other Clerical Duties as Necessary
