Sodexo is seeking an Opportunity Reporting Specialist. This is a remote-based (virtual) role.

The Opportunity Reporting Specialist will create a financial opportunity road map to enable the Customer Support Team to generate value needed in support of Segment strategies. Will utilize multiple sources of data to ensure the successful completion of designated projects. Effectively manage time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently/accurately. Will identify and prioritize key financial data points, building standardized enterprise views (i.e. dashboards, data reports, etc.) Continue to build knowledge of the organization, processes, and customers to enhance support of Segment strategies. Routinely review process and standards and make recommendations for potential improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creates a financial opportunity road map to enable the Customer Support Team to generate value needed in support of Segment strategies.
  • The ability to utilize multiple sources of data to ensure the successful completion of designated projects.
  • Identifies and prioritizse key financial data points, building appropriate analysis into standardized enterprise views (i.e. dashboards, data reports, etc.).
  • Continue to build knowledge of the organization, processes and customers to enhance support of Segment strategies.
  • Routinely reviews process and standards and make recommendations for potential improvement.
  • Measures and monitors actual value achieved.
  • General administrative duties in support of the Operations Support team.

Ideal candidate will have:

  • Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

  • Functional Experience - 2 years

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to analyze data
  • Strong communications skills
  • Ability to achieve solutions, manage stress/tolerance & have flexibility
  • Will be innovative
  • Strong MS Office Suite skills
  • Food/facilities industries knowledge.
  • Exp with customer management software.
  • CEM certification (Customer experience Management) preferred but not required.
