We are strengthening our team and are seeking an experienced product manager to own the end-to-end product development cycle including customer-facing features and initiatives within our WW Service Operations team. The ideal candidate has a strong technical/engineering background with experience in product development and business processes and the ability to evaluate, analyze, prioritize, influence, and collaborate across all levels of the organization. You will partner with Retail, Sales and Service teams to positively impact the customer journey from point-of-sale to post-market services working closely with project managers, operations, data scientists, HW engineers and software architects to bring those concepts to market. You will also lead the planning, development, implementation, and performance measurement of your programs.

Key Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of proven experience as a technical product manager (experience in the consumer electronic insurance industry a plus)
  • Understanding of trade-in, consumer service, insurance products- as well as customer-facing solutions, strong plus
  • Product management experience in Web application or smartphone app during all phases of the development cycle
  • Foundational understanding of iOS, Web application development principles and Web services (REST APIs)
  • Strong and effective communication to manage, motivate and influence large teams with competing priorities.
  • Success collaborating with engineering partners to reduce technical debt, introduce new technologies, and migrate to new architectures
  • Passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience
  • Experience guiding Agile/Scrum software development projects
  • Intellectual curiosity combined with a strong analytical and financial acumen
  • Comfortable driving product management principles and processes with business partners, UX/UI design and engineering teams
  • Prior experience in Machine Learning (ML) a strong plus

Description

As a member of the Reverse Supply Chain Solutions team within WW Service Operations, you will lead the vision for customer facing tools/apps that make the trade-in experience first-in-class in consumer electronics industry. You'll be working on exciting new trade-in projects while balancing economic and partner relationship challenges. In collaboration with specialists from functional areas across Apple, your key responsibilities are to: - Define, prioritize, and deliver product roadmap and trade-in tool features based on business requirements - Write business requirements documents collaborating with sales and retail teams to investigate new product features and be the voice of the market to Apple during the development phase - Measure resulting outcomes and continuously optimize future initiatives; lead all aspects of the development, delivery, and deployment of the solutions - Own the customer experience journey and go-to-market execution with retail and reseller partners - Possess an excellent understanding of service, support, and second-hand market industry trends; comfortable managing complex and ambiguous problems and situations, and adept at identifying potential risks - Be a champion and gain consensus for the strategy and roadmap from partner teams (system architecture, HW engineering, ML data scientists, Sales, Retail) through collaboration, documentation, and influencing peers and senior management

Education & Experience

BS or MS in Engineering or Computer Science. MBA a plus
