Unit Description

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Success Systems to join our Proposal Development Team! In this role, you will be responsible for owning and managing all aspects of our proposal automation software tool (RFPIO) to support our Sales teams in responding at the pace of our current and prospective clients' expectations.

This is a Remote-Based Role that can reside in any state!


The successful candidate will:

  • Design, create and develop processes for administration and governance of the proposal automation tool
  • Act as a leader between Marketing, Sales and the Proposal Development Center to own the tool and ensure that sales/marketing strategies are portrayed in the content
  • Act as a consultant to users to understand future needs for the proposal automation tool and build strategic relationships with internal teams and segments to promote the use and validity of the content in the tool
  • Report out to key stakeholders on the success of the tool, ensure that relevant content is captured, identify trends within the tool and industries that can be used cross-divisionally and provide leadership and guidance to future stakeholders

  • 5+ years of proposal automation tool implementation and management experience
  • 5+ years of project management skills; highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Content writing ability experience with a specialization in proposal writing
  • Skill at both long-form content creation and real-time (immediate) content creation and distribution strategies and tactics
  • Demonstrated familiarity with metadata standards, content strategy communication standards and classifying systems
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills, willingness to be flexible and respond to quickly changing priorities

Position Summary

Leads the system, implementation, and tactical training of proposal automation tool in NORAM and globally - 20%

  • Implements and configures proposal automation tool for all segments (NORAM)
  • Prioritizes customers needs and goals as it relates to marketing strategies and selling tools
  • Guides customers through proposal automation tool process
  • Acts as a leader and liaison between marketing and sales to ensure content is accurate and strategy is folded into content
  • Promotes proposal automation tool to future stakeholders

Onboards new customers and acts an advocate for proposal automation tool - 25%

Uploads content and graphics to answer/document library for all segments - 20%

Trains all stakeholders on how to use proposal automation tool - 20%

Maintains updates and integrations to proposal automation tool including relationships with SMEs for content updates - 20%

  • Presents proposal automation tool to future stakeholders (Global)
  • Establishes and builds customer relationships to promote customer retention and loyalty
  • Provides high level of technical support and work to resolve any customer dissatisfactions

Acts as primary point of contact for proposal automation tool - 15%


Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
