The ML Platforms team is looking for an experienced engineer that focuses on helping our customers to improve the model training process and increase their productivity. The primary goal for this role is to build deep connections with major customers, understand their business needs and engineering process, and help them improve their productivity throughout the ML model building process.

Key Qualifications

  • Great interpersonal and communication
  • Strong Python programming skills
  • Familiarity with common machine learning concepts and training algorithms
  • Experience with one or more deep learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
  • Hands-on experience developing machine learning solutions

Description

Responsibilities - build strong customer relationships, especially with key customer stakeholders and sponsors - understand deeply key customer's business needs, engineering processes, timelines for key deliverables, solution architectures so that we can efficiently help them - assist customers technical requests and take care of any technical issues together with the engineers in MLPT Desired Skills 1. Excellent Organizational Skills - acute attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks with prioritization in mind 2. Project Management Acuity - ability to successfully drive projects and programs whether working on a small task or large scale cross-functional project, while also embracing the AI/ML cultural attributes 3. Abstract Thinking - Be able to analyze information, detect patterns and relationships, and solve problems 5. Holistic Product Knowledge - Familiarity with the MLPT products, with a deep passion to do what's best for our customers 6. Customer Relations Expertise - Demonstrated experience in customer/user engagement and client services to ensure customers achieve their desired outcome Bonus qualifications Experiences in technical support and project management
