Do you want to be part of a fast-paced dynamic team focused on supporting the Nation's Warfighters? The Acquisition Logistics Office is in need of an experienced, self-motivated Acquisition Professional to manage life-cycle logistic support activities for complex NSA/CSS projects. The incumbent will be responsible for independent judgment and assessment of logistic support requirements for capabilities in various stages of acquisition and deployment to ensure that they are reliable, maintainable with low ownership cost, and that customer logistics support expectations are achieved.

The incumbent will be responsible for proactive engagement with program and project managers, deployment site managers and various technical stakeholders, for initiating and conducting technical exchange meetings to resolve logistic support issues and for developing life-cycle support strategies for complex systems and formulating these strategies in planning documents. The incumbent will be responsible for oversight functions to ensure that deployment readiness requirements have been met and for initiating and conducting deployment readiness reviews for deploying systems. The incumbent will be responsible for negotiating with project and deployment site managers to resolve technical problems and to facilitate successful deployments of hardware and software capabilities.

The incumbent will be required to manage workloads consisting of multiple projects and to ensure that life-cycle support requirements are met through effective leadership, problem resolution and other people skills. The incumbent should have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and possess the ability to synthesize new information quickly, demonstrate initiative and sound judgment, and work collaboratively in a teaming environment with other organizations across the Enterprise. The incumbent must possess a customer service focus with the ability to interact with civilian, multi-service military, and contractor personnel of all grades. The incumbent will be expected to exercise diplomacy, tact and sound business skill in resolving technical problems and advancing projects for support of the Warfighter and NSA/CSS mission.

Pay, Benefits, & Work Schedule
Monday - Friday, with basic 8hr/day work requirements between 0600 and 1800 (flexible).
