GOURMET GALLEY CATERING Has an immediate opening for the following position: EXPERIENCED SOUS CHEF Premier Connecticut Caterer Seeks experienced Sous chef to Assist in hot and cold food production at their facility located in Eastern Connecticut. Previous sous chef experience a must. Previous Catering and Banquet Sous experience is a plus. References required. Emphasis on American regional, some familiarity with International cuisines preferred. Salary will be commensurate with experience at market rates.
