Sales Assistant / Marketing Coordinator
Reporting to our VP of Sales Engineering, you will be an integral part of our sales team helping us to maintain & improve our sales effectiveness, digital presence and company reputation. You must be self-motivated and able to deliver results with minimal supervision.
Your duties will include: managing sales data and customer contact lists, updating and creating sales tools, presentations and collateral materials (brochures, etc.), creating and coordinating print ads, coordinating product videos, helping implement and maintain CRM system, managing website, coordinating trade shows, creating monthly customer communications, interfacing with customers by phone, e-mail and face-to-face, etc.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Secondary proficiency using Photoshop, Publisher, and other software tools is beneficial
Effective Communicator; strong command of English language verbal and written
3 years minimum experience in a similar role, especially in an industrial type company
Experience in managing sales data is required
Experience in various aspects of marketing is desired
Knowledge of website management is preferred
Exposure to CRM software is beneficial
Bachelor Degree in Business with a focus in Marketing is preferred
Hard working, self-motivated, reliable, outgoing, tactful and articulate, organized
Will be minimal but may be required from time to time for trade shows, third party interaction, etc.
