The AMP Discovery Fraud / Live Moderation Team is seeking a forward-thinking and motivated manager to lead a team of analysts who help ensure accuracy and integrity across Apple Media Products discovery features. We evaluate and take action on signs of fraud, abuse, and manipulation. Our ideal candidate has a track record of business operations, data analysis and cross-functional experience. The candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity and is highly collaborative. They will have the leadership skills to lead a team in a fast-paced environment and will have a great opportunity to work with multiple cross-functional groups who strive for an excellent customer experience across our Apple Media Products platforms.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of management experience with direct reports, or equivalent relevant leadership experience.
  • 5 years experience in a high tech or fast paced environment
  • Experienced in setting direction for process and tool improvements to support team objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills, business focused and passionate about the customer experience.
  • Fraud background a plus.
  • Results-oriented with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Analysts in our Apple Media Products Moderation group conduct investigations on a daily basis. You will be in a leadership position to lead, monitor relevant metrics and empower your team to take the right actions against misleading/fraudulent content. You will work with our engineering partners to recommend and deliver tooling enhancements. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead, mentor and develop a team of fraud analysts. Measure and manage performance issues. Provide coaching and share constructive feedback for your team. Work with our engineering partners to ensure that our tools keep pace with the ever evolving world of fraud. Consistently exercising sound judgement to identify potential problems and provide solutions under short deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence internally and cross-functionally.

Education & Experience

Minimum of Master's degree, preferably in analytics, applied economics, statistics, or related quantitative field.
