Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in cross-functional, software engineering program management environments
  • Outstanding commitment to high quality work products in alignment with Apple style and quality standards
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex information to be easily digestible for a variety of audiences
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group is critical.

Description

The AMP Program Management Office (PMO) supports the AMP Engineering org in driving program efficiency and effectiveness to enable the current and growing scale of AMP services. We are seeking a PMO Program Manager to lead our program administration and information management efforts to optimize program mechanics and processes in support of the Engineering Program Management org and key partners. In this role, you will be responsible for the following: -- Define and maintain information management and documentation framework for the organization -- Promote and support collaboration through tooling guidance, support, and best practices -- Maintain and evolve key process documentation around project management methodologies and templates, tool/application/account onboarding and troubleshooting, and organizational policies -- Identify and close tool training needs through self-service learning mediums for a global audience -- Work closely with cross-functional partner teams to maintain accurate feature release calendar and milestone schedules in program tools, documentation, and communications -- Define and drive standardized processes around feature demos, release readiness meetings, and executive status meetings for key AMP initiatives -- Develop and maintain regular feature bug reporting for our organization to keep release quality and progress on track -- Develop and drive PMO communication plan to keep organization current on process and tooling changes, best practices, and key milestones
