Working under general direction and across Evergreen’s Olympia and Tacoma campuses, this position provides strategic leadership and coordination of two complex, high-impact programs and projects: commencement day and scholarship awards. These responsibilities are mission-critical, organization-wide and touch the Evergreen Board of Trustees, the administration of the college, alumni, staff, and students. The incumbent also serves as the confidential assistant to the Chief Enrollment Officer (CEO), representing the CEO as needed, and serving as a point of contact for Enrollment Services, including responding to elevated student-support issues.
This is a full-time, overtime-eligible position on the Olympia campus of The Evergreen State College.
Salary and Benefits: $4,328 – $5,830 per month of full-time work + excellent benefits including paid sick and vacation leave; paid campus holidays; a generous medical, dental, life, and disability insurance package; and a tuition waiver program.
