Sodexo is seeking an Intake Coordinator to receive and process requests for sales support for creative projects within all enterprise segments and service lines.
As a member of the Proposal Development Center, candidates for this role must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, highly organized, detail-oriented, and have a well-rounded understanding of the team's services, expertise and resources. Works independently and efficiently. Candidates should be flexible, professional and maintain a sense of urgency.
This will be a hybrid in-office/remote position based out of our Maitland, Florida (Orlando area) office.
Typical tasks include:
Acting as Proposal Development Center traffic coordinator and initial point of contact for new requests
Monitoring department support mailboxes for incoming projects and questions
Receiving and reviewing project requests from internal business partners
Processing and initiating projects based on limited information, and closing out completed projects
Liaising and communicating with internal clients, senior team leadership and functional leads, gathering necessary information and understanding of project requirements
Preparing new projects for resourcing and setting up project and campaign infrastructure
Ensuring meticulous file and naming consistency and accuracy
Management and upkeep of online project request forms and templates
Maintenance of platform users and contacts
Assisting with the capture of metrics and reports
Assisting with project fulfillment and printing, as appropriate
Anticipating and resolving issues
Required skills include:
Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Functional Experience - 1 year High proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), the internet and online platforms
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with staff at all levels of our organization
A background in project management, business administration and/or traffic management is preferred
Preference given for prior experience with creative workflow management platforms such as Workamajig and Adobe Workfront and sales client relationship management tools such as Salesforce
Printing production background is a plus

This position maintains high quality standards despite pressing deadlines; always striving to do work right the first time.
