Are you ready to drive customer satisfaction excellence while being a change agent in a beautiful area? Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a Resident District Manager for our high-profile Gulfstream account in beautiful Savannah, GA- Relocation assistance available!

As the Resident District Manager (RDM), you are the food service leader and key client liaison for this expansive dining program, which includes a high-end catering function. This is a large National Account but this position is based in Savannah, GA and will travel between all sites to support clients and operations throughout a 25 mile radius between the campus. You will have a very demanding client who requires high level food, micro/traditional market operations and high-end executive catering services. Ideal candidate will have a proven District Manager level experience with strong strategic leadership, financial acumen, talent management, communication skills, and project management skills. Strong team development skills, client relationship skills and proven successful P&L management experience are musts. This is a "roll up your sleeves" senior management position with active operations responsibilities and accountability. Demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage workload. Works with clients and VP in all matters relating to contract and account operations to establish and maintain a solid and mutually beneficial business relationship that ensures account retention.

In this role, you are responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all activities within the food service area through subordinate managers, supervisors, and employees which include 20 Sodexo non-union employees. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Operations and oversee roughly $5M in annual managed volume with pre-covid volume being roughly $9M. The RDM partners with our clients and the Sodexo Vice President in all matters related to contract and account operations. This includes safety and contract compliance, financial performance, client retention, and employee training and development.

Position Summary

Functions as the central point of contact for one complex account with multiple locations, and possibly multiple contracts. Oversees performance of unit management including budget development, client relations, sales and profitability performance, conformance with company policies and procedures and staff training and development. Liaison between company resources and unit operating managers.
