AgCountry Farm Credit Services is in search of a Learning Systems Administrator. Act as primary system administrator for the Learning Management system.
Create data summaries, statistical analysis and custom reports for use in strategic planning, decision-making or regulatory compliance
Support systems that provide a consistent approach to Onboarding, Mentoring, Career Pathing, Talent Review and all Performance Management related processes and tool
Maintain knowledge of current trends, releases and other Communication/OD technologies to enhance and improve efficiency in operations and service to employees
Facilitate the execution of Organizational Development technical system changes (updates, new configurations) including testing.
Use web design/HTML to maintain and update Cornerstone System landing pages and resources
Integrate platforms (Cornerstone, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) to provide the best employee experience.
Research system issues/unexpected results/process flaws and recommend solutions or alternate methods for processing
Manage/automate the processes of course evaluations, compliance reporting, completion reporting.
As a member of the AgCountry team, perform all duties and maintain all standards in accordance with AgCountry policies, procedures and guidelines.
Represent the values, purpose, and mission of AgCountry to employees, customers, the public, and other target audiences.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Communication, Education, Business, Psychology, Sociology, Adult Learning, Computer Science or other related discipline
3-5 years of Learning Management System experience (Cornerstone LMS preferred)
Experience generating and applying data analysis to enhance the employee experience
Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders and other business units
Demonstrated exceptional communication skills, critical thinking and systems thinking skills
Demonstrate the ability to coordinate and work effectively with subject matter experts and other team members
Technical and Core Competencies include: Demonstrated ability with O365 tools, experience using SharePoint, and analytics tools including Google Analytics
Broad knowledge of performance-centered design to enhance the employee experience demonstrated ability to present complex information clearly using dashboards and other tools
Meticulous attention to detail; demonstrated ability to act a technical editor
