Sodexo Corporate Services North America is seeking an experienced General Manager 3 for our premier client in Princeton, NJ.We will deliver a wide range of services for a full service cafe serving breakfast and lunch with a conference/catering center, a company store and vending services onsite.Strong fiscal understanding is a must for detailing billing requirements to client. The General Manager of food service will have total unit operating responsibilities including the supervision of 2 management employees and 12 Sodexo frontline (hourly) non-union employees with a focus on excellent customer experience. This position will report directly to the District Manager, and will be responsible for day to day leadership of the culinary operations at the Princeton location. Our ideal candidate will be innovative, keeping services fresh and updated based on current trends.

Success in this role and in the relationship will require you to:

  • Oversee all day to day food and nutrition services in a multi-unit location
