Sodexo is a seeking an General Manager 4 for St. David's Round Rock Medical Center, located near Austin TX. There is a remodeled cafeteria, catering and doctor's' dining area, this is a Sodexo "Fresh Inspirations" certified retail area. This is a P/L account.
St. David's is a 164 bed HCA hospital with "At Your Request" room service for patients. Reporting to the District Manager, the General Manager will have oversight of all Sodexo operations at Hospital facilities. Position is responsible for delivering Sodexo procedures and directing all food service operations. The best qualified candidate will be a self-starter with stellar communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.
Provides local leadership and strategic direction while developing team for new and emerging business solutions that sustain growth in the day to day operations.
