We're looking for a Program Manager with great interpersonal skills, who is passionate about driving improvements in organization process, communication and tooling. You will work in a range of capacities from strategic planning, promoting effective communication, producing content, improving process, and supporting individual project requests as needed. You'll primarily support the AMP Digital Supply Chain Engineering (DSCE) organization, working with the AMP DSCE leadership team in defining and executing upon strategic organizational development initiatives and business priorities. This may include creating and launching new initiatives or improving upon existing ones. You'll also collaborate closely with senior leaders across AMP Engineering, as well as partners teams across Services and Apple. As an Organizational Effectiveness Program Manager, you'll be responsible for: * Identifying cultural areas for improvement and turning them into action. Could include but is not limited to - career development, hiring, employee engagement, training, communication. * Developing and driving communication plans, including All Hands, blogs, leadership updates and internal websites. * Partnering with leadership team to plan and run off-sites including setting the agenda, advising presenters on content, and coordinating logistics. * Supporting leadership team to plan and develop agendas for recurring strategic and operational meetings, such as weekly staff. Capture action items and ensure actions are tracked and executed. * Supporting leadership team in quarterly business reviews and planning. * Driving adoption and measuring the impact of standard practices and tools across the organization. * Overseeing and leading key organizational tasks like space planning, growth planning, headcount planning and management in partnership with finance and admin teams. To be succesful in this role, you will need to build effective partnerships across Apple and facilitate communication between cross functional groups. You'll bring the right players together to solve problems and focus on how to develop repeatable, scalable solutions.
