We are looking for someone with a solid attention to detail and phenomenal analytical skills to help our Enterprise customers with their professional agreement support needs. This analyst will evaluate sales orders across a variety of tools and work closely within SAP, Core and GCRM to handle agreements. Will work closely alongside a small team of other analysts, build relationships with internal partners such as our Customer Success Team, and get along with customers over email. Description

Handle enterprise level agreement enrollment and support critical issues Provide email support to internal and external customers and partners Use internal resources and analytical research for resolutions Supervise trends in transaction errors and analyze reports Identify errors in processes and programs within business systems Compile and present data for periodic status reporting Build, propose, and publish processes and procedures Participate in project management and user acceptance testing (UAT) processes Submit IS&T, Operations, Access Manager, and Radar tickets

Education & Experience

Additional Requirements

  • AMR Austin or Elk Grove onsite only
  • Minimum of 12 months as an S3 or higher in AppleCare position
  • Consistently meet or exceed business expectations in current role
  • No current misconduct warnings, documented coaching, or patterned attendance issues
  • Must not have completed a rotation of 60 days or more in the last six months
