Location: Bethel, Vermont


Work with manual and/or automatic molding machines, performing visual inspections as well as maintaining proper documentation, labeling and packaging of parts. The IPI will have direct responsibility to ensure that only products that meet established Quality Assurance Requirements (QAR) are packaged and shipped to customers. If a product does not meet the requirements, the IPI has the responsibility, authority and obligation to document the issue and verbally communicate with the Shift Team Leader.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Read and follow all instructions on the QAR document and Control Plan
  • Visually inspect products to assure specified requirements and document results
  • Perform line clearing in the event of process interruptions and/or adjustments
  • Fill out box templates
  • Report machine or process issues
  • Package and handle product as specified on the QAR
  • Report safety hazards
  • Perform rework and sort activities as assigned
  • Follow company safety rules, procedures and policies while maintaining a clean and orderly work area
  • Work cooperatively in a team environment.

  • The ability to read and interpret documents including safety rules, written instructions, and operating procedures
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively interface with the Team Leader and Quality Assurance personnel

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Willing to work OT and weekends as required if assigned
  • Perform other duties as assigned
